✨ Before Our First Session – You’ll receive an in-depth intake form, a reflection portal to begin noticing the patterns, imbalances, and invitations present in your body, mind, and spirit. ✨ Session 1: Opening the Portal – We step into the space together, weaving through your intake form to unearth guiding themes and set intentions. This session establishes foundational practices—whether energetic, cyclical, somatic, or elemental—to ground and nourish your process. ✨ Session 2: Deepening the Current – As the initial shifts settle, we listen. How are the recommendations moving through you? What is surfacing? Here, we descend deeper into subconscious healing, cyclical intelligence, and energy attunement, uncovering what is ready to be seen and integrated. ✨ Session 3: Sealing the Threshold – A weaving of what we have gathered, identifying any remaining gaps in alignment. This session refines your practices, deepens your connection to self, and strengthens the space we have co-created for your continued unfolding. 🌿Throughout the Three Months: You will have unlimited access to all educational content, intuitive check-ins as needed, and inclusive in-person elemental energy healing and bodywork, ensuring you feel supported beyond our structured sessions.
